01
Cleaning and housekeeping professions
Review commercial cleaning, post-construction crews, school or nursery cleaning, non-clinical clinic cleaning, hotel housekeeping, laundry and frontline supervision as distinct role families.
The correct page depends on area type, task frequency, access, products, equipment, inspection and shift coverage.
- General and commercial cleaners
- Post-construction cleaning crews
- Housekeeping and linen staff
- Cleaning supervisors
02
Hospitality and food-service professions
Separate guest-area, room, banquet, waiter, kitchen-support, pantry and restaurant-cleaning requirements. Service format and back-of-house duties should not be combined into an undefined hospitality worker title.
Provide venue, stations, guest or room flow, operating periods and food-service boundaries where relevant.
03
Warehouse, inventory and production professions
Define receiving, picking, packing, loading, stocktaking, cold-store and production-line roles around the real material flow. State equipment access and the difference between recording a task and approving inventory or product quality.
Powered-equipment operation and controlled production tasks require their own competence and employer authorization.
04
Office, retail and general support professions
Office support, tea-boy or pantry, retail-floor, driver, airport-support and general-helper roles each need a bounded task list. Access, confidentiality, cash, security and transport responsibilities should be clear before screening.
Avoid open-ended descriptions that turn several unrelated roles into one position.
05
Technical and maintenance professions
Review HVAC and MEP, duct fitting, BMS and multi-skilled maintenance pages against the site's assets, drawings, task matrix and escalation boundaries. A broad technician title should never replace a list of permitted work.
Specialist, regulated or high-risk tasks remain subject to the applicable verification, authorization and employer safe system of work.
06
Turn selected roles into one request
Combine the chosen roles into a single employer brief with quantities, work locations, shift schedules, start window, duration and reporting lines. Identify transport, accommodation, meals, tools, uniforms, PPE, induction and supervision responsibilities.
Availability, suitability, eligibility and commercial terms are confirmed only after the complete requirement is reviewed.
