Website and enquiry terms
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the public information and employer enquiry functions on JeddahManpower.com.
01
Information, not a final offer
Page content explains workforce categories and the details needed for review. It is not a binding quotation, guarantee of availability, fixed mobilisation commitment or legal advice. Final scope and terms require an approved commercial process.
02
Employer responsibility
The employer should provide accurate duties, quantities, schedule, location, selection criteria, site conditions and responsibility allocation. The employer remains responsible for its worksite, access, supervision, safety system and approvals unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
03
Availability and eligibility
Worker suitability, documentation, eligibility, licences, site approval and timing are subject to verification. No page implies approval by a client, project, authority or programme.
04
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, impersonate another business or send sensitive candidate documents through the employer enquiry form.
05
Contact
For questions about an employer request, use the published Saudi contact numbers. A website submission does not create a contract by itself.
