Use this checklist as an operational review, then confirm the exact service and current legal requirements on the official platform or with qualified advisers.
Verify service scope, eligibility, contracts and accurate company and worker data.
Check approved permit, identity, occupation, site, dates, induction and supervisor.
Audit attendance, duties, overtime, welfare, incidents and changes.
End access, reconcile records and complete the applicable platform action.
Confirm that the contracted activity fits the current Ajeer service, the worker is eligible, employment records are current, occupation matches the task, the beneficiary and site are correct, and direct provider supervision is designed where required. Check wages, overtime, insurance, transport, accommodation, PPE and complaint channels.
Verify the approved worker list against identity, establishment, location and period. Confirm the service scope, site induction, safe access, restricted areas, working schedule, timekeeping, service acceptance and incident contacts. Do not issue access based only on a supplier spreadsheet or an expired screenshot.
Compare Ajeer records, attendance, access, occupation and work orders through scheduled samples. Record replacements, additional sites, changed shifts and extensions through change control. Investigate any mismatch without delay and stop unauthorized work while the responsible parties determine the correct action.
At the planned end or early termination, reconcile final attendance and overtime, remove access, recover equipment, close incidents, confirm worker welfare and return arrangements, and complete any required cancellation, expiry or other platform action. Retain the contract, permit, roster, change and closure records under one reference.
This article focuses on a joint supplier-beneficiary control framework before, during and after deployment. It should be read with the main 2026 Ajeer rules pillar, which explains the wider supplier, beneficiary, employee, temporary-permit, supervision and sponsorship-transfer framework.
The same facts should not be published as multiple city or industry pages with only names changed. Each implementation page must reflect the real service demand, sites, roles, risks and operating controls of its property.
